La actividad física y la satisfacción en el trabajo

[spa] En el presente trabajo de investigación, se plantea como objetivo general del estudio, conocer si la práctica de la actividad física tiene influencia positiva o no, sobre la satisfacción laboral de los estudiantes de la UIB, que a su vez trabajan. El instrumento utilizado para conocer el nivel de satisfacción de los estudiantes trabajadores, es la escala de satisfacción laboral de Warr, Cook y Wall. Se analiza también si la muestra cumple las recomendaciones actuales de la Organización Mundial de la Salud sobre la práctica semanal del tipo de actividad física según si su intensidad es moderada o vigorosa.

[eng] The general objective of this research is to find out whether or not the practice of physical activity has a positive influence on the job satisfaction of UIB students who are also working. The instrument used to determine the level of satisfaction of working students is the Warr, Cook and Wall job satisfaction scale. It is also analysed whether the sample meets the current recommendations of the World Health Organization on the weekly practice of the type of physical activity according to whether its intensity is moderate or vigorous.
