island of Mallorca. It will describe all the components of a business plan,
including the business idea description, PESTEL analysis, market analysis,
SWOT analysis, operational plan development, marketing plan, and primarily
focus on the financial analysis and profitability.
The main objective of this work is to highlight the significance and profitability of
a hotel approach that harmoniously integrates environmental sustainability,
local culture, and the luxury experience.
