Aquestes
eines digitals ofereixen activitats interactives, jocs i reptes que permeten als nens
explorar conceptes numèrics, geometria, mesura i resolució de problemes de
manera divertida i atractiva.
d'educació infantil, com ara l'ús de pissarres digitals interactives, tauletes i
dispositius mòbils. Aquestes eines proporcionen activitats pràctiques i manipulatives,
No obstant això,
[eng] This undergraduate thesis examines the use of Information and Communication
Technologies (ICT) in the teaching of mathematics in early childhood education. It
highlights the growing interest in investigating how technological tools can promote
playful and interactive learning, providing children with a more motivating and
enriching educational experience.
The reviewed studies focus on the use of applications and educational programs
specifically designed to teach mathematics to young children. These digital tools
offer interactive activities, games, and challenges that allow children to explore
numerical concepts, geometry, measurement, and problem-solving in a fun and
engaging way. It has been observed that these applications foster mathematical
thinking, improve concept understanding, and promote the development of logical
and reasoning skills.
The use of software such as ScratchJr and Jclic has shown improvements in
academic performance and the development of mathematical thinking in early
childhood. These tools enable students to identify errors and overcome the fear of
making mistakes, fostering group work and socialization of activities.
Various ways of integrating ICT into the mathematics curriculum in early childhood
education have been explored, such as the use of interactive digital whiteboards,
tablets, and mobile devices. These tools provide practical and manipulative activities,
as well as augmented reality applications and problem-solving tasks, allowing
children to experience mathematical concepts interactively.
The studies highlight the benefits of using ICT in mathematics learning, including
increased interest, motivation, and participation from children, as well as improved
numerical and logical skill development. However, the importance of appropriate
pedagogical approaches, teacher training in the use of ICT, and the selection of
suitable digital tools are also emphasized.
To ensure effective use of ICT in mathematics education, the need for teacher
training in digital skills, the design of activities and instructional sequences that foster
active student participation, as well as reflection and the exchange of experiences
among teachers, is emphasized.
