Comparación de ciertos aspectos culturales irlandeses e ibicencos aplicados al aula

Abstract

[spa] Una lengua es el reflejo de su cultura y su sociedad. Necesitamos entender entonces como funciona la sociedad para encaminar el aprendizaje. Veremos como los diferentes aspectos lingüísticos y sociales que anteriormente se trabajaban de manera aislada entre si. Hoy en día nos damos cuenta de la importancia de la unión de los mismos. Veremos también como el aprendizaje de la gramática de una lengua ligado a su cultura nos facilita motivar a nuestros alumnos. La comparación de la cultura ibicenca con la irlandesa dejará ver como a partir de nuestra propia cultura, que es tan cercana, podemos entender el encanto y la magia que la lengua inglesa puede ofrecer junto a su cultura irlandesa llena de verde, seres mágicos y una serie de aspectos que harán que el alumno se interese y motive para trabajar de manera competencial el uso y la aplicación de la lengua inglesa.

[eng] Language is the reflection of its culture and society. We need to understand then how society functions to be able to direct our learning process. We will see the different linguistic and social aspects which were previously treated in an isolated way and nowadays, we realise how important the union of them both is. We will also see how the learning process of grammatical aspects goes together with its culture too. This helps us motivate our students. The comparison of irish and ibicencan culture will let us work from our own culture. and will let us understand the charm and magic the english language can offer, together with its irish culture full of green, magic creatures and a series of aspects which will make the student interested and motivated to work in a competent way using and applying the english language in real life.
