Desigualdad de género dentro del hogar: La introducción del divorcio express

Abstract

[spa] En el siguiente trabajo se estudia como ha evolucionado la desigualdad femenina en los hogares españoles. El objetivo es comparar si en el período de tiempo seleccionado, y tras la modificación de la Ley del divorcio exprés aprobada en julio del 2005, la figura de las mujeres dentro del hogar mejora, o por el contrario, deben afrontar el empeoramiento de su situación en el núcleo familiar. Para la comparativa resultante, se escoge un período concreto de tiempo próximo a la modificación de esta Ley y se estudia la situación previa y final de la mujer haciendo referencia a diversos parámetros, como son el nivel de renta o la comunidad autónoma a la que estas pertenecen. En primer lugar, se analizan los cambios introducidos tras la aprobación de la Ley con el soporte de los artículos pertinentes incluidos en el Código Civil y la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil. Posteriormente, se estiman los datos obtenidos a través de las plataformas estadísticas oficiales mediante el paquete de software estadístico Stata con el objetivo de esclarecer el efecto directo que han tenido estas medidas sobre la figura femenina. Por último, se resumen los resultados obtenidos y se presenta una serie de soportes que corroboren estos resultados.

[eng]In the following research project, is under study how female inequality has developed in Spanish homes. The objective is to compare whether, in the selected period, and after the changes of the Express Divorce Law approved in July 2005, the figure of women within the homes improves or, on the contrary, they must face the worsening of their situation in the family nucleus. For the comparison, a specific period close to the changes of this Law is chosen, and the previous and final situation of the woman is studied, referring to different parameters, such as the level of income or the autonomous community that these women belong. First, the changes introduced after the approval of the Law are analysed, with the support of relevant articles included in the Civil Code and in the Law on Civil Procedure. Afterwards, the data obtained through official statistical platforms are estimated using the “Stata” statistical software, in order to clarify the direct effect these measures have had on the female figure. Finally, the results obtained are summarized and a series of supports that corroborate these results are presented.
