L’èxit escolar a l’Educació Primària: una proposta d’intervenció per al segon curs a partir de l’acció tutorial

[cat] El fracàs escolar és un fenomen multifactorial que afecta a diferents àmbits i col·lectius, motiu pel qual actualment és un dels temes més investigats en el món de l’educació. L’estudi dels factors explicatius, així com de les mesures que resulten ser eficaces per disminuir i prevenir la problemàtica són fonamentals per poder dissenyar, planificar i dur a terme intervencions exitoses des del context educatiu. És per aquests motius que amb aquest treball es vol contribuir a millorar l’èxit escolar d’un grup de segon d’Educació Primària del CEIP Sa Garriga que presenta un baix rendiment acadèmic i altres factors associats, com un possible cas d’assetjament escolar, la manca de participació familiar i la falta d’habilitats socials, així com d’empatia, autoconcepte i autoestima. La intervenció, consistent en 6 activitats de tutoria, té com a punts de partida un estudi de les necessitats tant del centre com del grup-classe en qüestió i un sociograma.

[eng] School failure is a multifactorial phenomenon that affects different ambits and groups, so it is currently one of the most researched factors in the world of education. The study of explanatory factors and measures that prove to be effective in reducing and preventing this problem are essential to design, plan and implement successful interventions from the educational context. It is for these reasons that with this work I want to contribute to improving the school success of a group of second of Primary Education of the CEIP Sa Garriga that presents a low academic performance and other associated factors, as a possible case of bullying, lack of family involvement and lack of social skills, empathy, selfperspective and self-esteem. The intervention consists of six mentoring activities and has as its starting points a study of the needs of the center and the class group in question and one sociogram.
