La tutoria: un primer esglaó cap a una filosofia restaurativa als centres d’educació secundària

[cat] A través d’aquest treball es presenta un manual que permet fer de l’acció tutorial una metodologia específica de resolució i prevenció de conflictes en els centres d’educació secundària. Aquest canvi en la tutoria pretén ser el primer esglaó necessari cap a la fita d’assolir una filosofia d’actuació restaurativa en tot el centre. La idea sorgeix a partir de la vivència en primera persona de dos casos conflictius que no haurien esdevingut, o bé haurien tingut una resolució més efectiva, si s’haguessin seguit les pautes que s’estudien en el present. Un estudi sobre l’adolescència i una conferència dels divulgadors científics Eduard Punset i David Bueno, respectivament, han suposat també condicionants de la direcció del treball. Es partirà d’un marc teòric sobre la tutoria, la resolució de conflictes i les pràctiques restauratives que, juntament amb teories d’investigadors i docents, casos pràctics i projectes similars, justifiquen la importància i utilitat de la proposta.

[spa] The aim of this work is to present a manual that allows performing a specific methodology of conflict solving and preventing out of the tutorial action in secondary education centres. This modification of the tutorials means to be the first irreplaceable step to achieve a philosophy of restorative practice in the whole centre. The idea stems from the first person experience of two problematic cases which would either not have taken place, or would have been solved in a more effective way if the currently studied guides had been applied. A study on adolescence and a conference by the informational scientist(s) Eduard Punset and David Bueno, respectively, have also been determinant for conducting this work. This study is based on a theoretical frame on the tutorial, restorative practices and problem solving. Theories by researchers and teachers, from practical cases and similar projects have also been taken into account in order to justify the importance and usefulness of this proposal.
