Impacte de la cabra assilvestrada sobre les poblacions de Euphorbia dendroides

[cat] Actualment, les poblacions de cabres assilvestrades (Capra hircus L.) a les Illes Balears han augmentat, sobretot a la Serra de Tramuntana on la muntanya més rocallosa i inaccessible les dóna refugi. La sobrepastura per cabres té un efecte negatiu en la vegetació natural a territoris limitats, limita la regeneració i la reproducció de moltes espècies vegetals causa dels danys causats. Aquest estudi és una continuació dels estudis sobre els impactes de les cabres assilvestrades sobre les poblacions de Euphorbia dendroides a les Illes Balears dutes a terme pel grup HERBINSU. Es tracta de trobar evidències de la depredació per part de les cabres de les poblacions de Euphorbia dendroides mitjançant un experiment de replantació amb exclusió d’herbívors. També s’han trobat resultats significatius analitzant les dades demogràfiques de diferents poblacions de Euphorbia dendroides mostrejades a indrets amb presència de cabres i sense presència de cabres.

[eng] Currently, populations of wild goats (Capra hircus L.) in the Balearic Islands have increased, especially in the Serra de Tramuntana where the rocky and inaccessible mountain gives them shelter. Goats Overgrazing has a negative effect on natural vegetation on limited territories, limiting the regeneration and reproduction of many plant species due to the damage caused. This study is a continuation of the studies on the impacts of wild-type goats on populations of Euphorbia dendroides in the Balearic Islands carried out by the HERBINSU group. It is about finding evidence of goats depredation on populations of Euphorbia dendroides through a replanting experiment excluding herbivores. Significant results have also been found analyzing the demographic data of different populations of Euphorbia dendroides sampled in places with the presence of goats and without the presence of goats.
