Les rajoles d’arts i oficis: origen, producció i fonts iconogràfiques

[cat] En el present treball es pretén estudiar la producció rajolera d’arts i oficis, centrant-nos en els diferents aspectes que la envolten, referents al seu origen, la seva producció i les fonts iconogràfiques. En el segle XVII, en el marc de la transició d’una societat medieval a una societat moderna, s’ubica a Catalunya l’inici d’una producció rajolera que esdevindrà el testimoni del seu moment històric i social. Els avenços tècnics en el camp de la ceràmica catalana, les relacions comercials, el canvi social i polític, la vida quotidiana, les tradicions i les modes catalanes seràn reflectides en la decoració d’aquestes rajoles des dels seus inicis fins la meitat del segle XIX.

[eng] The tile production of arts and crafts: origins, production and iconographic sources In this paper, we intend to study the tile production of arts and crafts, focusing on the different aspects that surround it retaled to its origin, production and iconographic sources. In the 17th century, as part of the transition from medieval society to modern society, a tile production startted that would become the witness of his social and historical moment in Catalonia. The technical advances in the field of Catalan ceramics, commercial relations, social and political change, daily life, traditions and catalan modes will be reflected in their decoration from its starts until the middle of the 19th century.
