Escola i família: una educació de qualitat a través de la participació familiar a l’escola

Abstract

[cat] La família i l’escola són dos agents socials importantíssims per a tots els infants, d’aquí que sigui essencial que participin conjuntament. En aquest Treball de Fi de Grau el que es pretén és estudiar com la participació de les famílies a les escoles és necessària i positiva per a un bon aprenentatge. A més a més, es valoraran les opinions dels familiars per tal de conèixer quina participació duen a terme amb l’escola. Per tant, en primer lloc, hi ha una introducció teòrica on s’explica el concepte de participació i el paper que té per una banda l’escola i per altra banda, la família. Seguidament, es parla de l’educació com a tasca comuna entre la família i escola exposant les formes de participació existents, així com també les formes de comunicació amb tots els elements relacionats tals com els factors, els avantatges d’aquesta participació i les barreres que es poden trobar. Finalment, s’exposen una sèrie de propostes a nivell genèric, a nivell de centre i a nivell d’aula per tal d’animar a famílies i docents a participar conjuntament.

[eng] Family and school are the most important social agent for all children. For this reason, it is important for both of them to participate in their education. The aim of this Final Degree Project is to study how the participation and involvement of families in the school is necessary and positive in the learning process. Furthermore, other relatives’ opinions will be examined and valued, in order to know which role they play in the child’s education Firstly, there is a theoretic introduction about the concept of participation. Additionally, the role of the school versus the role of the family will be studied and compared. Secondly, this project studies the education as a task that has to be developed commonly between family and school. It is focused on different forms of participation, as well as different types of communication between the school and the family. Moreover, it studies different concepts such as the factors, the advantages of this participation and the barriers. Finally, some suggestions are presented at the general level, at the school center level and at the classroom level in order to encourage families and teachers to participate together.
