Análisis Económico-financiero de Habitissimo SL y Buscocasa SL

Abstract

[spa] El trabajo tiene de objetivo el análisis económico-financiero de las empresas Habitissimo SL y Buscocasa SL para el periodo temporal 2013-2015. Estas compañías de origen balear tienen interés por el sector de actividad en el que operan, la importancia para la economía balear, así como porque se considera que son ejemplos que pueden servir de exponentes dentro de cada contexto histórico dentro del sector. Para llevar a cabo el objetivo del trabajo de final de grado se realiza un análisis patrimonial, financiero y económico sobre la información extraída de los estados financieros depositados en el Registro Mercantil. Primero de todo, se realiza un análisis de los balances de las dos compañías. Después, se realiza el cálculo de porcentajes verticales y horizontales y de los principales ratios financieros. Y, finalmente se expondrán las conclusiones sobre la estructura, solvencia, apalancamiento, liquidez y rentabilidad en función de la información que disponemos y de los resultados obtenidos.

[eng] The paper is focused on the economic-financial analysis of the companies Habitissimo SL and Buscocasa SL to cover a three-year period (2013-2015). These Balearic companies are of interest because of the business sector they operate in, their importance for the Balearic economy as well as both being considered representative of the different historical context within the sector. To carry out the objective of this degree dissertation, a patrimonial, financial and economic analysis is carried out on the basis of the information extracted from the financial statements deposited in the Commercial Registry. First of all, the companies will be presented together and the accounting of both companies will be analyzed through the balance sheet. Afterwards, we calculate the vertical and horizontal percentages and the principal financial ratios. To finish off, we will present the conclusions on the structure, leverage, solvency, liquidity and profitability, according to the information on hand and the results obtained.
