Adaptació curricular del cicle formatiu de grau superior de guia, informació i assistències turístiques segons l'aprenentatge basat en problemes (ABP)

Abstract

[cat] La societat actual ha inclòs en el seu dia a dia les noves tecnologies i l’ Internet. En el nostre entorn actualment quasi tothom està connectat a la xarxa i la nostre forma de comunicar-nos o informar-nos també ha canviat. Aquesta realitat xoca amb el que veiem en gran part del sistema educatiu on en la majoria dels casos trobem que aquesta integració no s’ha fet com en la vida quotidiana. Gran part del sistema educatiu espanyol continua seguint la metodologia expositiva on el docent és la font de coneixement. Això contrasta en el que hi ha fora de l’aula on l’internet és la font principal d’ informació. Aquests dos fets, la falta d’integració de les anomenades TIC i la continuació d’un model que no s’adapta a la realitat social, fa que dins de la comunitat educativa hi hagi un debat obert sobre quina és la millor metodologia a seguir. És en aquest marc on la proposta que realitzo és una adaptació curricular adaptant la metodologia de l’aprenentatge basat en problemes. Un model constructivista basat en delimitar el problema, reconèixer els coneixements previs que tenim, reconèixer els coneixements que ens manquen, aprendre’ls i després analitzar-los, extreure conclusions i dur-los a la practica per tal de solucionar el problema plantejat. En aquest treball de fi de màster es vol exposar una proposta on el centre de l’ensenyament-aprenentatge és l’alumne i el docent és sols un mediador o tutor. Al fer l’alumne el centre de l’aprenentatge i aquest tenir altres vies per aprendre, internet, s’inclou a l’aula equipaments TIC per facilitar el procés. L’ensenyament es basa en la resolució de problemes per part dels grups de treball i el docent com a mediador.

[eng] Nowadays society has embraced the internet and the technology that goes with it. Almost everybody connected because of work or social media networks. This environment is contrary to that which is found in most of the Spanish education system. The integration of the internet in everyday life has not been adopted by the education system. The majority of schools still teach following the old traditional methodology and the internet is used randomly. The teacher is still seen as the font of knowledge, while in our leisure time we go to the internet to get information, learn or stay informed. These two facts, lack of use of the internet and applying an old methodology has led to an open debate within the teaching and educational community: Deciding which methodology it is best to follow and how it should be implemented is the grounds of the debate. My contribution to this is the following paper. Based on a constructivist methodology call Problem Based Learning, I have tried to integrate the two main factors that I feel need to be changed in our educational system. PBL is based on posing questions to students that are then answered through search with the assistance of the technology and the teacher. Another aspect that I propose in this paper is the empowerment of students to become the centre of their own education. Teachers become tutors.
