El lideratge de l'equip directiu en l'educació inclusiva

[cat] La societat ha sofert molts canvis els quals es veuen reflectits en l’educació. A les escoles, la direcció realitza tasques essencials pel bon desenvolupament del centre, per la qual cosa és important analitzar la importància del lideratge i la manera en la que es desenvolupa. Així, ens centrarem en l’anàlisi del lideratge tenint en compte la seva conceptualització i evolució al llarg dels anys. L’anàlisi es realitza després de l’elaboració de l’entrevista als directors de 10 escoles de primària triades a l’atzar. Les entrevistes permeten l’estudi del lideratge segons aspectes com la mateixa concepció del lideratge o l’anàlisi dels participants.

[eng] The society has undergone many changes which are reflected in education. In the schools, the direction performs essential tasks for the good development, therefore it is important to analyze the importance and way of doing this. Thus, we will focus on the analysis of leadership keeping in mind its conceptualization and evolution over the years. The analysis is done after the preparation of the interview to the directors of 10 primary schools chosen at random. Interviews allow the study of leadership according to aspects such as the same conception of leadership or the analysis of the participants.
