Viabilidad económica de un proyecto empresarial: contrato de management de un hotel de 3 estrellas en Playa de Palma

[spa] Este trabajo tiene como finalidad el análisis de un proyecto de viabilidad empresarial. En este caso, simularemos el proyecto de viabilidad de un hotel situado en Playa de Palma en la isla de Mallorca. Para ello, realizaremos un análisis del mercado turístico tanto mundial, nacional y regional, para poder conocer mejor el entorno al que nos enfrentamos. Elaboraremos, además, un plan estratégico y de viabilidad económica a 5 años para conocer la rentabilidad de reformar un hotel y aumentar su categoría de 3 a 4 estrellas. Queremos conocer si resultará rentable esta reforma, una vez que hayamos estimado los gastos e ingresos de este proyecto. Después de las estimaciones realizadas en este proyecto, concluimos con que la reforma del hotel resulta rentable.

[eng] The purpose of this work is the analysis of a business viability project. In this case, we will simulate the viability project of a hotel located in Playa de Palma on the island of Mallorca. To do this, we will carry out an analysis of the tourism market globally, nationally and regionally, in order to better understand the área that we are facing. We will also elaborate a strategic and economic viability plan for 5 years to know the profitability of reforming a hotel and increase its category from 3 to 4 stars. We want to know if this reform will be profitable, once we have estimated the expenses and income of this project. After the estimates made in this project, we conclude that the hotel reform is profitable.
