Principals riscos laborals del personal sanitari que treballa en centres d’atenció a persones amb autonomia limitada

Abstract

[cat] El treball de fi de grau es basa en la recerca dels principals riscos laborals, que son les possibilitats de que un treballador tingui un determinat mal derivat del treball, del personal sanitari que treballa en centres d’atenció a persones amb autonomia limitada. La recerca d’informació s’ha realitzat des de l’evidència científica en les bases de dades: Pubmed, Sciencedirect i Scopus, seleccionant un total de 20 articles. S’ha comprovat que hi ha una manca d’informació referent als diferents centres de persones amb autonomia limitada possibles; i només s’ha fet referència amb el material trobat, al personal d’infermeria que treballa en centres d’atenció a persones majors. I s’ha arribat a la conclusió que els principals riscos laborals trobats son els d’organització i adaptació al lloc de feina, els de tipus psicològic/ psicosocial i per factors individuals com humans.

[eng] The report is based on the search for the main occupational risks, which are the possibilities for a worker to have a certain wrongdoing from work, from health workers who work in care centers for people with limited autonomy. The search for information has been done from the scientific evidence in the databases: Pubmed, Sciencedirect and Scopus, selecting a total of 20 articles. It has been verified that there is not much information regarding the different centers of people with limited autonomy possible; and only reference has been made to the material found, to the nursing staff that works in care centers for the elderly. And it has come to the conclusion that the main occupational risks found are those of organization and adaptation to the workplace, those of psychological / psychosocial type and for individual factors such as humans.
