Misión, visión y valores para CineCiutat

Abstract

[spa] En el trabajo desarrollado a continuación se pretende estudiar la misión, visión y valores que tendría que implantar CineCiutat en el futuro, para seguir creciendo como organización teniendo en cuenta la opinión de las personas que forman parte de ella. Para llegar a unas conclusiones, primero se ha realizado un cuestionario a los distintos integrantes de esta organización: socios, voluntarios, trabajadores y junta directiva. Una vez recopilados y analizados todos los resultados, el estudio ha mostrado que existe diversidad de opinión entre los distintos integrantes de CineCiutat, pero que gracias al sistema de gestión de D3D se intentan llevar esta disparidad de opiniones a una misma opinión.

[eng] In the present work, it will be discussed the mission, vision and values which should be implemented in a future in order to keep growing as organization taking into account the opinions of the people who take part in this organization. A questionnaire was handed out with the aim of gathering the opinion of partners, voluntaries, workers and the board od directors. After data collection and analysis, the study suggests that there is a diversity of opinions among the differents groups compared in CineCiutat but thanks to the D3D management system the wide range of viewpoints were lead to one conclusion.
