[eng] The present paper deals with different approaches and techniques sourcing from the
field of Forensic Linguistics to identify authorship among a set of texts. The texts whose
authorship is going to be analysed belong to the photoblog Humans of New York, by
Brandon Stanton. The starting point for such a study revolves around the idea that the
writer's idiolect is unique and almost impossible to get rid of, as there are many
subconscious decisions taken at the moment of writing that control the style. From this
point of view, we take the assumption that style can be measured using a stylometry
approach. |
