El programa d'acolliment lingüístic i cultural (PALIC) a l'educació de les Illes Balears

[cat] El tema principal de la recerca d’informació d’aquest treball és l’aplicació del programa PALIC dins les escoles de les Illes Balears. Un programa que té com objectiu un acolliment lingüístic a alumnes nouvinguts que provenen d’altres comunitats autònomes de l’Estat Espanyol i que per tant no coneixen la llengua catalana, i per una altra part es fa un acolliment lingüístic a aquells alumnes que provenen d’altres països. A més, aquest programa no només té com objectiu un aprenentatge lingüístic sinó partir d’una educació intercultural, on totes les cultures tinguin un pes important dins la dinàmica de classe, ajudant així a una millora del tractament de la diversitat i de la discriminació. Per totes aquestes raons, aquest estudi es basa en el concepte teòric PALIC i en la investigació del programa dins 4 centres de l’illa de Mallorca, on es veurà quines adaptacions realitzen i quines són les semblances i diferències a l’hora de posar-lo en pràctica.

[eng] The main topic of finding information about this work is the application of the PALIC program in the schools of the Balearic Islands. A programme that aims to foster a linguistic welcome to newcomer students coming from other Spanish autonomous communities and who therefore do not know the Catalan language, and on the other hand, a linguistic welcome is done for those students who from other countries. In addition, this programme not only aims at language learning but also from an intercultural education, where all cultures have a significant weight in class dynamics, thus helping to improve the treatment of diversity and the Discrimination. For all these reasons, this study is based on the theoretical concept of PALIC and in the research of the programme in 4 centres on the island of Majorca, which it will see what adaptations are and what are the similarities and differences when putting it into practice.
