Menores en Situación de Violència de Género

Abstract

[spa] El presente Trabajo Final de Grado, está centrado en una revisión y análisis de los recursos de atención a menores víctimas de violencia de género en las Islas Baleares a partir de la investigación documentada encontrada sobre el tema. Se parte primeramente de una visión más general de la violencia de género (nacional e internacional) hasta llegar al análisis de la situación de los y las menores víctimas de violencia de género dentro del territorio de las Islas Baleares. Con ello, se da a conocer la relevancia de la problemática, y las graves consecuencias familiares y sociales que genera y se contextualiza en la normativa que regula el fenómeno, teniendo en cuenta sus causas y consecuencias. Finalmente, se hace dos análisis el primero trata los programas internacionales, nacionales y de locales, y el segundo lugar se realiza un análisis comparativo del programa de atención a menores víctimas de violencia de género de Palma de Mallorca, llamado Mentorías.

[eng] The present Final Degree Project, is focused on a review and analysis of the resources of attention to infant who have been victim of gender violence in the Balearic Islands. It is made from the documented research found on the subject. The first part of this Project is a general view of gender violence (national and international) and in the second part analised the situation of the infants victims of gender violence within the territory of the Balearic Islands. With this, the relevance of the problem is exposed and also the severe family and social consequences . It is contextualized in the regulations about the phenomenon, considering causes and consequences. Finally, there are two analysis which are carried out. The first one deals with international, national and local programs, and the second one is a comparative program about the attention given to infants victims of gender violence in Palma de Mallorca, called Mentorías.
