Reforma y aumento de categoría de un hotel de 3 a 5 estrellas

Abstract

[spa] El siguiente trabajo de fin de grado consta de la realización de una reforma hotelera de 3 a 5 estrellas, se deberá evaluar la viabilidad económica con todos los factores que ello implica para poder saber si es aceptable o no el proyecto. Para ello, se han realizado diferentes análisis, y se han aplicado estrategias de diferentes ámbitos, partiendo de una nueva estrategia de comercialización y marketing, un nuevo diseño de producto, sistemas de calidad que no había anteriormente, la financiación que se piensa tener y por último los ingresos y gastos que se consideran en el horizonte temporal de 5 años vista. Con todos estos resultados, se decidirá si el proyecto finalmente es o no viable.

[eng] The following end of degree work consists in the realization of a hotel reform from 3 to 5 stars, the economic viability must be evaluated with all the factor that it implies in order to know if the project is acceptable or not. To do this, different analysis has been made, and strategies from different ambits have been applied, starting with a new marketing and commercialization strategy, a new product design, quality systems that weren’t implement before, the financing that is expected and finally, the incomes and expenses that are considered in the 5 year time horizon. With all the information gathered and the results shown, it will be decided if the project is viable or not.
