Teràpia Assistida amb Gossos per a la reintegració sociolaboral. Programa d’intervenció al Centre Socioeducatiu Es Pinaret

Abstract

[cat] L’internament en una institució penitenciària suposa un fort impacte en la vida dels joves, particularment en les seves relacions socials;a més a més, solen presentar dificultats per a establir vincles socials positius, ja que tenen una tendència a la conducta antisocial i, per tant,existeix el risc de que pateixin aïllament social. Per una altra banda, la desocupació també afavoreix la conducta antisocial. La Teràpia Assistida amb Animals (TAA) consisteix en una intervenció terapèutica en la que hi participen animals per aconseguir beneficis afectius, físics, cognitius i socials per a una persona o grup de persones. En aquest treball es planteja una proposta d’intervenció basada en un programa de teràpia assistida amb gossos per als joves de Centre Socioeducatiu Es Pinaret. El projecte combinarà formació teòrica i pràctica sobre educació canina per fomentar la reintegració sociolaboral dels usuaris i l’adopció dels gossos quan finalitzi el programa,i tallers per millorar les habilitats socials i la conducta prosocial

[eng] The internment in a penitentiary institution has a deep impact on youth’s life, particularly on theirsocial relationships; moreover, they usually have difficulties in the formation of positive bonds, because they have a tendency toward antisocial behaviour and, therefore, there is the risk of social isolation. On the other side, the unemployment boosts the antisocial behaviour. Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) consists of a therapeutic intervention in which animals participate to achieve affective, physical, cognitive and social benefitsto a person or a group of people. In this work, an intervention based on a dog assisted therapy programme to the Centre Socioeducatiu Es Pinaret’ youthis proposed. The project is going to combine theoretical and practical education about animal training to promote socio-occupational re-integration of the users and dogs’ adoption at the end of the program, with workshops to improve social abilities and prosocial behaviour
