Negocio compra conjunta de embarcaciones de recreo

Abstract

[spa] En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se elabora un estudio sobre un proyecto de innovación de negocio basado en el sector náutico, evidentemente la propuesta ya existe en el mercado pero todavía está muy poco explotada. Dicha idea consiste en poner en contacto posibles compradores con la idea de practicar la multipropiedad para facilitar al acceso de este tipo de bienes dando en ocasiones soporte financiero. Para esto se estudiará cómo llevarlo a cabo y su rentabilidad. Por eso, para empezar se realiza un análisis del mercado náutico español y de su entorno. La conclusión de este análisis refleja el aumento de interés de la navegación marítima en España y con la aparición de estas fórmulas de multipropiedad y arrendamiento la gente se interesa más por la navegación. También permite ver el tipo de cliente, el tipo de barco más solicitado, y la cantidad de dueños de embarcaciones que no emplean ni llevan a cabo ninguna actividad ni arrendamiento. A pesar de todo es un proyecto de innovación ya que aquí en Mallorca este tipo de negocio no está totalmente explotado, al menos en el ámbito empresarial como persona jurídica, aunque quizás algún propietario particular pueda llevar a cabo algún tipo de actividad similar que se describe en este trabajo, evidentemente en caso de llevarlo a cabo seria con una estructura bastante simple y entre muy pocos intermediarios.

[eng] In this Work of End of Degree is elaborated a study on a project of innovation of business based on the nautical field, evidently the proposal already exists in the market but is still very little exploited. The idea is to put potential buyers in touch with the idea of multi ownership in order to facilitate access to this type of property by sometimes providing financial support. For this, it will be studied how to carry it out and its profitability. To begin with, an analysis is made of the Spanish nautical market and its environment. The conclusion of this analysis reflects the increasing interest of maritime navigation in Spain and with the appearance of these formulas of multiproperty and lease people are more interested in navigation. It also allows you to see the type of customer, the type of boat most requested, and the number of boat owners who do not employ or carry out any activity or lease. Altought it is an innovation project since here in Mallorca this type of business is not fully exploited, at least in the business sphere as a legal person, although perhaps some private owner can carry out some kind of similar activity described in this work, obviously in case of carrying it out serious with a fairly simple structure and among very few intermediaries.
