For this I have looked back, to see how this sector has work through the past years. I have compared the traditional real estate agencies with the new methods agencies are going through nowadays. I have analyzed which are the main characters in the market related to this sector. Studying the actual situation of the sector, regarding the evolution of housing prices in Spain, the accessibility that the public has to housing, as well as the profitability of new and used houses. In this assignment there is given special importance to the new technologies that surrounds us nowadays, which are no longer part of the future but part of the present. To be renewed or die. I talk about virtual reality and augmented reality, how these technologies are able to bring the target audience in a more accessible way. Among other business strategies that I do analyze in this work. I present my idea about a new business model compared to the traditional real state agencies ways of operating. I talked about fixed commissions instead of commissions based on the selling Price. Using examples of companies that already has use this type of commissions.
