Análisis contable de DANONE S.A. Y Calidad Pascual S.A.U.

Abstract

[spa] El objetivo del trabajo es la realización del análisis contable entre dos empresas, DANONE S.A. y CALIDAD PASCUAL S.A.U, empresas que se dedican a la producción y venta de lácteos. Aunque la finalidad principal de ambas es la obtención de beneficios también apuestan por las mejorías continuas de sus productos mirando siempre por el bienestar y salud del consumidor. Para realizar el análisis hemos accedido a las cuentas anuales del 2016 y 2017 presentadas en el registro mercantil, y así comparar los datos de los dos años y determinar cual de las dos empresas es más rentable. En primer lugar haremos una introducción donde aportaremos información general del sector lácteo y en particular de las dos empresas mencionadas anteriormente. A continuación procederemos a la realización del análisis contable y por último la conclusión final donde veremos en cuál de las dos empresas es más conveniente invertir.

[eng] The objective of this project is study the accounting analysis between two companies, DANONE S.A. and CALIDAD PASCUAL S.A.U, companies that are dedicated to the production and sale of dairy products. Although the main purpose of both is to obtain benefits, they also want to improve their products, always looking for the welfare and health of the consumer. To carry out the analysis, we have accessed to the 2016 and 2017 annual accounts, and compare the two years for determine which of them is more profitable. First of all we will provide general information about the dairy sector and in particular about the two companies mentioned above. In addition, we will proceed to realize the accounting analysis and finally the conclusion where the investors can decide which of the two companies it is more convenient to invest.
