dc.description.abstract	[spa] Este estudio versará sobre las lagunas legales o conceptos jurídicos indeterminados de la contratación temporal, principalmente aquellos casos que se hallan al inicio o fin del vínculo profesional entre empresario y trabajador. Además, se analizarán los límites que acompañan al hecho de regular la contratación, pasando por el fraude de ley, la causa u objeto de contratación y otros conceptos que afectan a la hora de extinguir la relación laboral.	ca
