Valoración de inversiones

Abstract

[spa] El presente trabajo de fin de grado tiene como finalidad analizar la viabilidad de un proyecto de inversión. Tras el análisis de las tendencias gastronómicas del momento, se concluyó que el proyecto trataría de un restaurante de Faláfel vegano, en la ciudad de Palma de Mallorca, en el año 2020. Con el objetivo de evaluar la factibilidad de empezar este proyecto se analizó el entorno microeconómico, así cómo el macroeconómico, con el fin de conocer como podían estas externalidades afectar al proyecto seleccionado. También se realizó un estudio económico-financiero para determinar la rentabilidad que se podía esperar de este negocio, la inversión requerida y otros aspectos financieros de interés. Para ello, se realizaron diferentes análisis estudiados por el alumno en la carrera de administración y dirección de empresas, para verificar de forma objetiva si era o no idóneo realizar la inversión.

[eng] The purpose of this final thesis is to analyze the viability of establishing an investment project. After analyzing todays gastronomic trends, it was concluded that the project would consist of a vegan Faláfel restaurant in the city of Palma de Mallorca in 2020. With the intention of evaluating the feasibility of starting this project, the microeconomic environment as well as the macroeconomic one were analyzed, in order to know how these externalities could affect the selected project. An economic-financial study was also carried out to determine the profitability that could be expected from this business, with the required investment and other financial aspects of interest. To be able to do this, different tests studied by the student in the career of business administration and management were carried out, to objectively verify whether or not the investment was suitable.
