Les necessitats d’educació afectiva-sexual de les persones amb diversitat funcional

[cat] Cada un de nosaltres al llarg de la nostra vida experimenta’m diferents tipus de necessitats: subsistència, protecció, afecte, participació, comprensió, oci, creació, identitat i llibertat (Max-Neef, 1992). Necessitats que anem resolvent a mesura que ens anem desenvolupant com a ser humans. No obstant, en ocasions, hi ha persones que no poden resoldre algunes de les seves necessitats, com és el cas de les persones amb diversitat funcional i les seves necessitats afectives-sexuals. En el present treball, presenta’m, a través d’una recerca de diferents fonts (bibliogràfiques, filmogràfiques...), la importància de donar visibilitat a les necessitats d’educació afectiva-sexual de les persones amb diversitat funcional. Al mateix temps, que es pretén subratllar la importància de la mirada i els coneixements de cada un dels i les professionals que treballen amb els diferents col·lectius de la diversitat funcional. No obstant, en el cas que ens ocupa, ens centrarem amb els i les professionals que ofereixen suport dintre dels diferents habitatges tutelats. A més, d’analitzar si les infraestructures estan adaptades per donar resposta a les necessitats afectives-sexuals del col·lectiu que es troba en els mencionats habitatges. Com per exemple, que dues persones que comparteixen habitació puguin disposar d’un espai privat. En darrer lloc, en el present treball es presenta la figura de l’assistent/a afectiusexual. La persona assistent no es algú amb qui tenir sexe, sinó un/a professional que dóna suport per tenir sexe amb un/a mateix/a o amb altres persones (Assistència Sexual, 2020). És a dir, l'assistència afectiva-sexual és una professió recent a Espanya (altres països com Finlàndia duen més recorregut) i és un treball que consisteix en donar suport a persones amb diferents tipus de diversitat funcional per poder accedir sexualment al propi cos o al d’una parella.

[eng] Throughout our lives, each of us experiences different types of needs: subsistence, protection, affection, participation, understanding, leisure, creation, identity, and freedom (Max-Neef, 1992). These needs will be solved as we develop as human beings. However, sometimes there are people who cannot solve some of their needs, as is the case of people with functional diversity and their affective-sexual needs. In the present academic work, and based on research from different sources (bibliographic, filmographic...), we want to show the importance of giving visibility to the needs of affective-sexual education of people with functional diversity. The aim is to emphasize the importance of the eyes and knowledge of each one of the professionals who work with the different groups of functional diversity. Specifically, in this case, we will focus on the professionals who offer support within the different sheltered housing. In addition, we will also analyze if the facilities are adapted to respond to the affectivesexual needs of the group who live in the mentioned houses. For example, people who share a room don’t have a private space for themselves. Finally, we present the affective-sexual assistant. This professional is not someone to have sex with, it is a professional who helps the person with functional diversity to have sex with himself or with another (Sexual Assistance, 2020). Affectivesexual assistance is a recent job in Spain (other countries such as Finland have more experience on the subject) and it is a job that consists of supporting people with different types of functional diversity to be able to access their own body or that of a couple sexually.
