Gestión de la investigación y desarrollo en el centro de investigación biomédica en red (CIBER)

Abstract

[spa] El TFM se ha realizado en la Unidad Técnica (UT) del Centro de Investigaciones Biomédicas en Red (CIBER), en la Comunidad de Madrid, una de las mayores estructuras biomédicas en España. El trabajo ha consistido en conocer la organización interna y funcionamiento de la UT y todas las áreas temáticas que se engloban el CIBER. Dentro de estas áreas encontramos, el área de bioingeniería, biomateriales y nanomedicina, de enfermedades cardiovasculares, de diabetes y enfermedades metabólicas asociadas, de enfermedades hepáticas y digestivas, de enfermedades raras, de enfermedades respiratorias, de epidemiología y salud pública, de fragilidad y envejecimiento saludable, de cáncer, de salud mental y de fisiopatología de la obesidad y nutrición. Se hace especial hincapié en esta última área de fisiopatología de la obesidad y nutrición (CIBEROBN) ya que está directamente relacionada con la temática del máster. Durante la estancia se ha hecho una rotación por los diferentes departamentos de la UT, para conocer su funcionamiento, que a su vez permiten el funcionamiento de todos los grupos que integran las diferentes áreas del CIBER. En el trabajo se presentan las funciones que desempeña cada uno de los departamentos, así como tareas que fueron realizadas en cada uno de ellos.

[eng] The work has been carried out in the Technical Unity (TU) of the Biomedical Research Networking Center (CIBER), in the Community of Madrid, one of the largest biomedical structures in Spain. The work consisted in knowing the internal organization and operation of the TU and all the thematic areas that are included in the CIBER. Within these areas we find, the area of bioengineering, biomaterials and nanomedicine, of cardiovascular diseases, of diabetes and associated metabolic diseases, of hepatic and digestive diseases, of rare diseases, of respiratory diseases, of epidemiology and public health, of fragility and aging healthy, cancer, mental health, and physiopathology of obesity and nutrition. Special emphasis is placed on this last area of physiopathology of obesity and nutrition (CIBEROBN) since it is directly related to the subject of the master's degree. During the stay a rotation was made by the different departments of the TU, to know their operations, which in turn allow the operation of all the groups that make up the different areas of the CIBER. The work presents the functions performed by each of the departments, as well as tasks that were carried out in each one of them.
