La etapa de Ràngers al moviment Escolta i Guiatge de Mallorca. Una proposta de reforma metodològica

Abstract

[cat] Des del naixement del moviment escolta l’any 1907 fins avui en dia, el mètode que s’utilitza per educar dins el moviment escolta ha anat sofrint modificacions dins els diferents moviments que l’engloben segons el context i les necessitats. L’any 1956 gràcies a Eladi Homs neix el Moviment Escolta i Guiatge a Mallorca i es va desenvolupant any rere any. Aquests darrers anys, l’educació està canviant molt ràpidament i adquirint noves vessants com l’educació emocional. Així i tot el moviment es troba estancat i el seu mètode no s’ajusta a la seva realitat ni a les necessitats dels nins i cada agrupament es veu en la necessitat d’adaptar el mètode per suplir les seves carències. La intenció d’aquest treball és fer una anàlisi de la situació concreta del mètode a la branca de Ràngers i fer una proposta de reforma d’aquest millorant les eines pedagògiques a l’abast dels caps.

[eng] Since the movement was born year 1907 until today, the method that we use to educate in the movement has suffered modifications inside the different movements that we can find according the contexet and necessities. The year 1956 thanks to Eladi Homs the Moviment Escolta i Guiatge de Mallorca was born and it keeps developing every year. These last years, the education is changing very quickly and acquiring new sheds like the emocional education. Even so the movement is in a stucked situation and his method does not adjust at his reality or at the necessities of the kids and every scout group has to adapt the method to supply its poverty. The intention of this graduation project is to make an analysis of the situation of the Ràngers phase and to propose a reform of this to improve the pedagogical tools near at hand of the leaders
