Turismofobia: Origen y evolución

[spa] En este trabajo se ha realizado una investigación acerca del concepto turismofobia, como surgió este fenómeno y en que ciudades se ha manifestado. Dicha investigación se ha llevado a cabo con los datos estadísticos obtenidos en las fuentes oficiales de cada región. La turismofobia es un concepto nuevo que nace con el constante crecimiento del turismo y que suele derivar con la saturación turística en muchas ciudades. La información obtenida a través de la prensa local y el documental Overbooking ha sido clave para conocer la opinión de los residentes de Barcelona, Venecia y Palma de Mallorca.

[eng] In this assignment, an investigation has been carried out about the “Turismofobia” concept, how this phenomenon arose and in which cities it has manifested itself. This investigation has been carried out with the statistical data obtained from the official sources of each region. The “Turismofobia” is a new concept that was born because of the constant growth of tourism and that usually leads to the tourist saturation in many cities. The information obtained through the local press and the “Overbooking” documentary has been key to knowing the opinion of the residents of Barcelona, Venice and Palma de Mallorca.
