Percepcions dels orientadors/es, equip directiu i tutors/es vers la tasca i el treball en xarxa amb el policia tutor, i viceversa

Abstract

[cat] Durant l’etapa de l’adolescència, els joves que cursen Educació Secundària, es troben envoltats de diverses problemàtiques com l’absentisme, el consum de substàncies perilloses i la justícia juvenil. Llavors, per pal·liar aquestes problemàtiques, als Instituts d’Educació Secundària Obligatòria incorporen una figura d’autoritat, el policia tutor. A través d’aquest treball es mostra la figura del policia tutor i les percepcions que tenen els orientadors/es, equips directiu i tutors/es vers la tasca del policia tutor, i a la inversa, així com, el treball en xarxa entre aquests. S’han escollit diferents IES i policies tutors de les Illes Balears. La metodologia és qualitativa, 2 qüestionaris, un pels orientadors/es, equips directiu i tutors/es i un altre pels policies tutors. Els resultats demostren que les intervencions dels policies tutors són adequades i ajuden a prevenir temes com l’absentisme, consum de drogues, (ciber-) assetjament... i també bon treball en xarxa entre aquests.

[eng] During the period of the adolescence, the youngsters that realise Secondary Education, are find surrounded of several problematics for example: absenteeism, consumption of drugs and the juvenile justice. Then, for remove these problematic, the Institute of Obligatory Secondary incorporate a figure of authority, the police tutor. Through this work is show the figure of the police tutor and the perceptions that have the educational guidances, educational team and tutor, and the other way around, as well as, the networking among these. Have been chosen different Secondary Education and police tutors of the Balearic Islands. The methodology is qualitative, two questionnaires, one for the educational guidances, educational team and tutor, and another for the police tutor. The results evidence than the interventions of the police tutors are suitable and help at the absenteeism, consumption of drugs, (ciber-) bullying... and they also work very well in networking.
