La generació Z: la mirada dels fillets i filletes. Què podem aprendre d'ells?

Abstract

Aquest treball d'investigació té com a pretext, conèixer i investigar com enfocar la classe des de la mirada i percepció de l'alumne. Accedir al món interior de l'alumne per entendre des de la seva mirada com rep la informació i de quina manera la processa per així aplicar els coneixements propis del mestre des de la perspectiva de l'alumne. Les noves generacions d'alumnes porten una nova energia que fa que, sovint, no estiguin interessats amb la manera tradicional d'aprendre dins l'aula, tenen noves maneres de pensar i de veure el món. L'objectiu d'aquest treball és aprendre de l'alumne per així incorporar noves formes d'enfocar la classe perquè sigui més productiva i funcional, i estudiar la relació entre alumne i mestre per cercar noves vies de comunicació. A més, aquesta investigació vol conèixer també els diferents problemes que afecten d'una manera directa a l'alumne dins l'àmbit de l'escola de música, com són les audicions, el llenguatge musical, música en grup, entre d'altres. Per finalitzar, es pretén aplicar els aprenentatges apresos dins l'aula seguint la mirada i perspectiva de l'alumne.

This research has a pretext, to know and investigate how to approach the class from the point of view and perception of the student. Access to the student's inner world to understand from his point of view how he receives the information and how he processes it in order to apply the teacher`s own knowledge from the student's perspective. The new generations of students bring a new energy that makes them often not interested in the traditional way of learning, they have new ways of thinking and seeing the world. The aim of this work is to learn from the student in order to incorporate new ways of approaching the class so that it is more productive and funtional, and to study the relationship between student and teacher to look for new ways of communication. In addition, this research also wants to know the different problems that directly affect the student in the field of music school, such as auditions, musical lenguage, and group music. Finally, the aim is to apply the learning learned in the classroom following the student's gaze and perspective
