L'ensenyament del tremp d'ou a l'Educació Primària

[cat] Al següent treball es planteja una proposta didàctica per treballar la tècnica del tremp d’ou a l’etapa d’Educació Primària. El present treball s’estructura en dos grans apartats: El primer és un marc teòric, al qual s’explica en què consisteix aquesta tècnica, el tremp d’ou, i una sèrie d’artistes i obres a partir de les quals es treballarà el tremp d’ou i com a temàtica el retrat. El segon apartat consta de la proposta didàctica en sí mateixa, amb els objectius, continguts, competències, etc. i amb les activitats que es duran a terme perquè els alumnes d’Educació Primària coneguin i aprenguin el tremp d’ou i els seus artistes i obres més rellevants.

[eng] The following work proposes a didactic proposal to work on the egg tempering technique in the Primary Education stage. The present work is structured in two main sections: The first is a theoretical framework, which explains what this technique consists of, egg tempering, and a series of artists and works from which to work the egg tempera and as a theme the portrait. The second section consists of the didactic proposal itself, with the objectives, contents, competences, etc. and with the activities that will be carried out so that the students of Primary Education know and learn the egg tempera and its most relevant artists and works.
