L’absentisme i el fracàs a escolar a Mallorca

Abstract

[cat] El present treball tracta sobre dos temes desconeguts per la majoria de la societat actual, aquests dos temes són; l’absentisme i el fracàs escolar. En concret, l’absentisme escolar és un fet desconegut per la gran majoria de la societat actual i és un fet greu que repercuteix a la vida estudiantil i posteriorment laboral dels estudiants. A més a més, dins aquest treball es demostrarà com l’absentisme escolar pot repercutir directament en casos d’alumnes amb fracàs escolar i la seva relació directa entre aquests dos conceptes. El que s’ha volgut estudiar amb el següent treball és la importància del coneixement d’ambos conceptes, el coneixement i la pràctica que actualment segueixen les escoles per tal d’assolir-los. Dins aquest, apareixerà un estudi que reflectirà les diferents zones i barriades de l’illa de Mallorca, centrant-se només en Palma ciutat en concret, i s’estudiarà si la barriada afecta en els casos de més risc amb absentisme escolar i que a conseqüència hi hagi més fracàs escolar. Finalment, es durà a terme la realització d’una entrevista per tal d’arribar més a prop als centres de Palma amb més i menys risc d’absentisme i fracàs escolar, i a partir de les diferents respostes dels centres escolars es podran arribar a diferents solucions que permetran conèixer molt més l’objectiu principal del treball.

[eng] The present work deals with two topics unknown to most of today's society, both subjects being absenteeism and school failure. In particular, school absenteeism is an unknown subject for the vast majority of today's society, and is a serious fact that affects the student and later working life of the children. In addition, this work will show how school absenteeism can have a direct effect on school-leavers and their direct relationship between these two concepts. What has been desired to study with the following work is the importance of the knowledge of both concepts, the knowledge and practice that schools currently follow in order to achieve them. Within this, a study will appear that will reflect the different areas and neighborhoods of the island of Mallorca, focusing only on Palma in particular, and will be studied whether the neighborhood affects in the most risky cases with school absenteeism and that there will be more school failure as a result. Finally, an interview will be held in order to reach the Palma centers more closely with more and less risk of absenteeism and school

failure, and from the school's responses, different solutions will be found that will allow much more knowledge of the main purpose of the work
