Aplicaciones móviles para la mejora de la comunicación entre la escuela y las familias

Abstract

[spa] La comunicación entre las familias y los centros educativos debe ser un pilar básico en la educación. Desde el inicio de la Educación Obligatoria se ha ido valorando su importancia y buscando vías para acercarla y hacerla cada año más eficaz. Las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) nos abren una nueva ventana gracias a las herramientas y aplicaciones móviles diseñadas exclusivamente para un centro educativo. Tras hacer un estudio y análisis de las aplicaciones móviles que hay en el mercado actualmente, analizamos una de ellas llamada “Tokkapp School”. Dicha investigación nos ha dado que estas aplicaciones son muy favorables y mejoran la comunicación entre el colegio y las familias y entre las familias y los profesores de sus hijos. Favorecen el acercamiento del colegio a las familias, mejora las comunicaciones y facilita la realización de trámites burocráticos

[eng] The communication between families and school centres should be one of the basis on education. From the very beginning in Secondary Education, education professionals have provided a great value to it, looked for new ways to bring it together to the families and the school and tried to make it more efficient every year. The arrival of new Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) has opened new points of view due to the tools and mobile applications designed exclusively for an specific centre. After doing a detailed study and analysis of the mobile applications that are available right now in the educational market place, we will test one of them that is called “Tokkapp School”. The present study has shown us that these applications are very positive and improve the communication between the school and the families and between the families and the teachers.In fact, they would help to bring the school closer to the families, improve the communications in general and make easier to send administrative procedures.
