Ordenación turística del territorio. Turismo y urbanismo

Abstract

[esp] Tras los últimos años con el avance de los medios tecnológicos se ha ido desarrollando y a la vez avanzando con un nuevo modelo de alojamiento turístico diferente a lo tradicional dando lugar al alquiler temporal de viviendas de uso habitual. Este hecho ha generado problemas a la sociedad provocando ‘turismofobia’ así como problemas serios para los residentes a causa del precio del alquiler. No obstante, es importante tener en cuenta el concepto de planificación y ordenación turística para poder analizar las posibles relaciones existentes que se puedan generar entre la actividad turística con la ordenación del territorio español, de modo que la ordenación turística ha dejado de ser una competencia exclusiva por parte de las Comunidades Autónomas a tener una intervención directa por parte de las Corporaciones locales. La finalidad consiste en empeñar un modelo territorial teniendo en cuenta la regulación en cada una de las ciudades europeas y Comunidades autónomas que ilustre en una sociedad aquel estilo de desarrollo sostenible.

[eng] In recent years, with the advancement of technological means, it has been developing and at the same time advancing with a new model of tourist accommodation different from the traditional one, giving rise to the temporary rental of homes for regular use. This fact has generated problems for society causing 'tourismophobia' as well as serious problems for residents due to the rental price. However, it is important to take into account the concept of tourism planning and management in order to be able to analyze the possible existing relationships that may be generated between tourism activity and the planning of the Spanish territory, so that tourism planning is no longer an exclusive competence on the part of the Autonomous Communities to have a direct intervention on the part of the local Corporations. The purpose is to create a territorial model, taking into account the regulations in each of the European cities and Autonomous Communities that illustrate that style of sustainable development in a society.
