Aproximació a la postura de les dones beneficiàries de projectes de cooperació a llatinoamèrica. Debat entre el gènere en desenvolupament i la cooperació feminista

[cat] Aquesta investigació s’aproxima a la realitat de les dones llatinoamericanes beneficiàries de cooperació internacional, intentant conèixer quina és la seva postura i comparar la seva situació envers els homes per definir si existeix desigualtat entre ells en aquest àmbit o no. Per això, és important tenir en consideració els diferents enfocaments que existeixen sobre cooperació internacional i comprendre la seva evolució: dona en desenvolupament, gènere en desenvolupament i la recent visió de cooperació feminista. Aquests conceptes prenen forma amb la proposta de l’Agenda 2030 i el seu objectiu d’aconseguir la igualtat entre els gèneres i empoderar totes les dones i nines. Per poder fer realitat aquesta investigació s’ha examinat diferent documentació sobre la temàtica i s’han entrevistat a 3 professionals amb contacte amb aquest col·lectiu per tal d’apropar-mos millor a la realitat. Els resultats confirmen, entre d’altres aspectes, que les dones llatinoamericanes pateixen dificultats d’accés als projectes de cooperació per la condició de ser dones.

[eng] This investigation is close to the reality of Latin American women benefiting from international cooperation, trying to know if exists inequality and comparing the severe situation between the men and them. However, it is important to take into consideration the different approaches that exist on international cooperation and understand how it has evolved: woman in development, gender in development and recent vision of feminist cooperation. These concepts take shape with the proposal of the 2030 Agenda and their objective of achieving equality between the genders and empowering all the women and children. In order to make it true, this research has examined different documentation on the subject and they have interviewed 3 professionals who works with international cooperation for such a way to better approve reality. The results confirm, among other aspects, that Latin American women have a difficult access to cooperation projects on the condition of being women.
