TalkApp: Desarrollo de una aplicación de chat basada en chatRooms

Abstract

[eng] The objective of this work, carried out in collaboration with the INeDITHOS team, is to describe the process followed to develop a prototype of instant messaging to cover the needs for communication of the social environment (teachers, family and healthcare) of those affected by rare diseases, which in Spain exceed 3 million people. The development of this application has focused on respecting the privacy of the members, offering a technological solution whose main objective is to facilitate the immediate intervention of professionals, but without depriving them of their right to privacy. Therefore, we show the minimum visualization of personal data and the restriction of visibility among users through chatrooms
