Necessitat de la coeducació a l’àmbit educatiu per a la igualtat de gènere a les aules de secundària. Revisió Plans de Convivència.

Abstract

[cat] Als darrers anys, el saber i la sensibilització sobre el concepte de violència de gènere ha augmentat al nostre país. Obtenint així, lleis específiques per a la protecció i prevenció d’aquesta classe de violència. Tot i això, les discriminacions per raons de gènere continuen estant molt present a la nostra societat convertint-se en una preocupació de salut pública i inclús d’un abús dels Drets Humans. Per aquesta preocupació, l’objectiu del present treball ha estat revisar les idees de violència de gènere i coeducació, a més de contextualitzar-les a l’etapa de l’adolescència. S’han revisat 14 Plans de Convivència de 14 centres educatius, instituts públics i concertats del municipi de Palma, analitzant si contenen allò especificat a la llei vigent respecte a les mesures per a la localització i eradicació de la violència de gènere i si està present la coeducació als documents d’aquest centres escolars. L’anàlisi s’ha desenvolupat emprant una rúbrica d’avaluació elaborada a través dels continguts de la legislació vigent. Els resultats han reflectit que un 45% de les qüestions plantejades a la rúbrica, extretes del que han de contenir els documents de centre per a fomentar una perspectiva en igualtat i coeducació, no estan presents als documents analitzats. S’ha de prioritzar impregnar tots els documents de centre de la perspectiva de gènere, a més, d’impulsar, tal com dicta el Govern de les Illes Balears, l’establiment d’un Pla d’Igualtat. L’orientador/orientadora ha de contribuir activament en la creació, establiment i seguiment d’un PI als centres. A més, de col·laborar per a què tot el col·lectiu educatiu, famílies, alumnat, i docents, estigui d’acord per a cultivar la coeducació al centre i canviar la construcció social actual predominant. Devem ser justos i treballar per aconseguir una no discriminació per raons de sexe a través d’una educació plena davall la premissa de la coeducació i amb l’ajuda i la implantació d’un PI.

[eng] In last years, knowledge and awareness about the concept of gender violence has increased in our country. Consequently, we have obtained specific laws for the protection and prevention of this type of violence. However, gender discrimination continues to be very prevalent in our society, becoming a public health concern and even an abuse of Human Rights. For this concern, the aim of the present work has been to review the ideas of gender violence and coeducation, in addition to contextualize them in adolescence. 14 Coexistence Plans of 14 schools, public institutes and subsidized schools in the municipality of Palma have been reviewed, analyzing whether they contain what is specified in the current law regarding the measures for the location and eradication of gender violence and whether it’s present the co-education in the documents of this school. The analysis has been developed using an evaluation rubric developed through the contents of current legislation. The results have reflected that 45% of the issues raised in the rubric, taken from what the center documents must contain to promote a perspective on equality and coeducation, are not present in the documents analyzed. Our priority must be given to impregnating all the center documents from a gender perspective, as well as promoting, as dictated by the Government of the Balearic Islands, the establishment of an Equality Plan. The educational counselor should actively contribute to the creation, establishment and monitoring of an EP in the centers. In addition, to collaborate so that the whole educational group, families, students, and teachers, agree to cultivate co-education in the center and change the current predominant social construction. We must be fair and work to achieve non-discrimination on the grounds of sex through full education under the premise of co-education and with the help and implementation of an EP.
