Problemática empresarial de las PYMES ante COVID 19

Abstract

[spa] El objetivo de este trabajo es estudiar en el ámbito laboral, financiero y fiscal de las PYMES y autónomos las medidas adoptadas a consecuencia de la difícil situación actual originada por el COVID – 19. Con este estudio se pretende extraer unas conclusiones y ofrecer un punto de vista en cuanto a la situación actual y lo que pueda acontecer a corto plazo. A modo introductorio, se iniciará el trabajo explicando brevemente el origen de la enfermedad y la situación extraordinaria que se ha vivido en España con el Estado de Alarma y su consiguiente fase de desescalada. Por una parte, se exponen las medidas puestas en marcha por parte del Ejecutivo y, al mismo tiempo, se dará una opinión crítica sobre las mismas. También, se intentarán explicar los cambios tanto a nivel profesional o empresarial como en referencia a sus consecuencias de índole social, que probablemente tendrán lugar como consecuencia de lo ocurrido durante la pandemia. De la misma manera, se intentará ofrecer la visión que se tiene en cuanto a la economía española en un futuro cercano incidiendo especialmente en nuestra Comunidad Autónoma.

[eng] The main goal on the development of this work is the study in the labor, financial and fiscal scenes of the PYMES and self-employers, of the adopted measures due to the current hard situation originated by COVID - 19. Within this study, it is aimed to extract some conclusions and to offer a point of view to the current situation and what can occur in the short term. As an introduction, the work will begin briefly explaining the origin of this disease and the current extraordinary situation that has been experienced in Spain during the State of Alarm and its following de-escalation phase. On the one hand, the measures taken by the Executive are exposed and, at the same time, a critical opinion about them will be given. Moreover, the changes both at professional or business level will be explained, and also in social matters, which will probably happen as a consequence of what occurred during the pandemic. Likewise, a point of view about the Spanish economy in the near future will be offered, pointing out in particular our Autonomous Community.
