COVID-19 y los colectivos vulnerables: cambios y estrategias de adaptación en servicios sociales comunitarios básicos

Abstract

[spa] El objetivo principal de este trabajo es conocer las experiencias vividas por las trabajadoras sociales de servicios comunitarios básicos de Mallorca durante el Estado de Alarma provocado por la pandemia de Covid-19. La pandemia por Covid-19, ha supuesto una adaptación tanto del sistema de Servicios Sociales como de las profesionales que trabajan en ellos. Por tanto, en este trabajo, se pretende conocer las experiencias por las que han pasado las profesionales y la forma en que las trabajadoras sociales han llevado a cabo estas adaptaciones. Se presentan, a partir de entrevistas a profesionales de diferentes municipios de la Isla de Mallorca, las estrategias que desarrollaron para hacer frente al aumento de demandas recibidas y para adaptarse a las nuevas formas de trabajo. Para terminar, se discuten los resultados obtenidos a partir de las entrevistas juntamente con la teoría y se finaliza el trabajo con las conclusiones a las que ha llegado el autor al respecto

[eng] The main objective of this study is to learn about the experiences of social workers in basic community services in Mallorca during the State of Alarm caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic has meant an adaptation of both the social services system and the professionals who work in them. Therefore, the aim of this study is to find out about the experiences that the professionals have gone through and the way in which the social workers have carried out these adaptations. Based on interviews with professionals from different municipalities on the island of Mallorca, we present the strategies they developed to cope with the increase in demands received and to adapt to the new ways of working. Finally, the results obtained from the interviews are discussed together with the theory and the work ends with the conclusions reached by the author in this respect
