Percepción de calidad de MOOCs autoinstruccionales de la Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja (UTPL)

Abstract

[spa] El presente trabajo investigativo extrae información relacionada a la percepción de calidad que tienen los participantes que aprobaron tres MOOC autoinstruccionales o de autoformación ofertados por la Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja en el año 2019, considerando los aspectos de diseño, contenido, recursos multimedia, aplicabilidad y comunicación, a través de la aplicación de un instrumento estructurado con la ayuda de expertos en la temática de formación online y en función de la revisión conceptual, de experiencias y alternativas de diferentes autores. Para el efecto, se establecieron fases de desarrollo en que se parte con el establecimiento de la necesidad y justificación de la investigación fijándose para ello los objetivos general y específicos que sustentados con base en la revisión teórica y en su respectivo análisis denotan una metodología descriptiva evaluativa a seguir para extraer la información cuantitativa y cualitativa que responda al interés de la presente investigación, sintetizándola para facilitar su interpretación en la descripción de conclusiones, recomendaciones y establecimiento de líneas futuras de investigación en relación al tema. Si bien es cierto que los resultados obtenidos conluyen una percepción de calidad positiva en relación a los MOOC evaluados, quedan así mismo establecidos diferentes aspectos de mejora.

[eng] This research work extracts information related to the perception of quality that the participants who approved three self-instructional or self-training MOOCs offered by the Private Technical University of Loja in 2019, considering the aspects of design, content, multimedia resources, applicability and communication, through the application of a structured instrument with the help of experts in the subject of online training and based on the conceptual review, experiences and alternatives of different authors. For this purpose, development phases were established that start with the establishment of the need and justification of the research, setting for this the general and specific objectives that, based on the theoretical review and in their respective analysis, denote an evaluative descriptive methodology to follow to extract the quantitative and qualitative information that responds to the interest of the present investigation, synthesizing it to facilitate its interpretation in the description of conclusions, recommendations and establishment of future lines of investigation in relation to the subject. Although it is true that the results obtained contribute to a perception of positive quality in relation to the MOOCs evaluated, different aspects of improvement are also established.
