dc.description.abstract [eng] Marketing is taking on a very important role in the market as it is responsible for generating profitability for the company, as well as being able to understand the consumer to whom it is directed, with whom a relationship will be created, and sales will increase. The topic chosen for this Final Degree Project is the study and evolution of marketing. We are also going to analyze the world of "influencers" through a survey, where we will learn about their evolution, advantages, disadvantages, and the opinion of consumers. The aim of this analysis is to put into practice certain knowledge acquired in the double degree in Business Administration and Management and Tourism, specifically consumer research. This study allows us to know the importance of digital marketing today and how society is perceiving it.
dc.description.abstract [spa] El marketing esta captando un papel muy importante en el mercado ya que es el responsable de generar rentabilidad a la empresa, a parte, es capaz de entender al consumidor al cual se dirige, con el cual se creará una relación y sus ventas aumentaran. El tema elegido para realizar este Trabajo de Fin de Grado es el estudio y la evolución del marketing. Dónde también vamos ha analizar a través de una encuesta el mundo “influencer”, dónde vamos a conocer su evolución, ventajas, desventajas y la opinión de los consumidores. Con este análisis se pretende poner en practica determinados conocimientos adquiridos en el doble grado de Administración y Dirección de Empresas y Turismo, concretamente la investigación al consumidor. Este estudio nos permite conocer la importancia del marketing digital hoy en día y como lo esta percibiendo la sociedad.
