El salario emocional de los docentes

[spa] Es una realidad que la docencia es una profesión de gran importancia en el desarrollo de la humanidad, y sin embargo poco valorada y reconocida actualmente. En este trabajo de investigación se estudia el salario emocional de los docentes en las etapas de Primaria y Secundaria constatando las condiciones laborales de este colectivo en los centros educativos públicos y concertados de Baleares en que trabajan y las valoraciones de los profesores en relación a su salario emocional. Con el propósito de analizar qué condiciones laborales y factores no económicos son más importantes y cuáles deberían mejorar en el mundo laboral educativo, se ha diseñado un cuestionario aplicado por correo electrónico por el método de muestreo por cuotas en que el 50% de los encuestados pertenece a la etapa de Primaria y el otro 50% a la de Secundaria. Los resultados ponen en evidencia que, a pesar de que algunos aspectos que influyen en el salario emocional de los profesores deben mejorar, su satisfacción general es positiva.

[eng] It is a fact that teaching is a profession of great importance in the development of humanity, and yet little valued and recognised today. In this research, the emotional salary of Primary and Secondary teachers is studied, noting the working conditions of this group in the state and subsidised educational centres in the Balearic Islands where they work and the evaluations of the teachers in relation to their emotional salary. In order to analyze which working conditions and non-economic factors are more important and which should improve in the educational world of work, an e-mail questionnaire has been designed using the quota sampling method, in which 50% of the respondents belong to the Primary stage and the other 50% to the Secondary stage. The results show that, despite the fact that some aspects influence the emotional salary of teachers should improve, their general satisfaction is positive.
