El repte de la participació de les famílies a través de les associacions de pares i mares

Abstract

[cat] El present Treball Final de Màster té com a objectius principals analitzar el paper que les famílies juguen en la comunitat educativa, a través de les associacions de pares i mares, i valorar el rol que desenvolupen en treball en xarxa. A partir d’aquests, s’han concretat d’altres per dotar de contingut els principals. Per això, s’ha dut a terme una revisió bibliogràfica sobre l'objecte d’estudi i unes entrevistes que pretenen aportar testimonis reals sobre el descrit. Els resultats obtinguts revelen el poder de les famílies i, especialment de les associacions de mares i pares com a col·lectiu unit i representatiu. També descriuen els obstacles amb els quals es troben. Posteriorment, els resultats de la revisió i de les entrevistes s’han contrastat per tal de comprovar que el què trobem a la literatura ho podem veure a la realitat. Les conclusions mostren que les associacions de mares i pares són un òrgan de participació de les famílies que comporten nombrosos beneficis que es reverteixen en els infants, en els centres, en les mateixes famílies i en la comunitat educativa en general.

[eng] The main objectives of this Master’s Final Project are to analyse the role families play in the educational community, through parents’ associations, and to assess the role they play in networking. These objectives have been specified to provide the main content. For this reason, a bibliographic review and some interviews have been carried out on the object of study to provide real witnesses on the described. The results obtained reveal the power of families and especially of mothers and fathers associations as a united and representative group. At the same time, the obstacles they find have been described. Subsequently, the results of the review and of the interviews have been contrasted to verify that what we find in the literature is actually seen in reality. The conclusions show that the associations of mothers and fathers are an organ of participation of the families that entail numerous benefits that are reverted in the children, in the educational centers, in the families and in the educational community in general.
