Pobresa infantil i famílies immigrades a Espanya. Diagnòstic i propostes d’intervenció

[cat] La pobresa infantil és un fenomen complex que afecta de manera directa un col·lectiu vulnerable que presenta poca capacitat per combatre-la. Així doncs, en el present treball es realitza una revisió bibliogràfica sobre la pobresa infantil arreu d’Europa i Espanya en famílies immigrants, incidint en l’escola i la família com a principals focus d’intervenció. L’objectiu del treball és analitzar la literatura existent i examinar les implicacions que té la pobresa tant sobre els progenitors com els seus fills i filles i les accions per trencar amb aquesta transmissió intergeneracional. Per poder dur a terme la investigació, s’han revisat articles científics extrets de bases de dades com SCOPUS, WEB OF SCIENCE o RESEARCHGATE, etc. De les fonts trobades, s’ha obtingut la informació més rellevant i s’han extret iniciatives i programes que influeixen en la creació de resiliència tant en l’àmbit familiar com en l’infantil. Els estudis permeten destacar la rellevància del context escolar com a espai adequat per la creació de factors protectors en infants, a causa del contacte directe i la influència que ofereix als estudiants. En canvi la família resulta un nucli important per la influència que té sobre el desenvolupament del nen o nena, la qual reafirma la importància de dur a terme intervencions que permetin enfrontar millor les situacions problemàtiques. Finalment, es destaca la necessitat de la combinació d’aquestes mesures amb respostes de caràcter integral que englobin polítiques de protecció social, habitatge, salut i educació.

[eng] Child poverty is a complex phenomenon that directly affects a vulnerable group that has little capacity to combat it. Thus, in the present work, a literature review is carried out on child poverty throughout Europe and Spain in immigrant families, focusing on school and family as main sources of intervention. The aim of the work is to analyze the existing literature and the implications of poverty for both parents and their children and actions to break with it’s intergenerational transmission. In order to carry out the research, scientific articles extracted from databases such as SCOPUS, WEB OF SCIENCE or RESEARCHGATE, etc. have been reviewed. From the sources found, the most relevant information has been obtained and initiatives and programs have been extracted that influence the creation of resilience in both families and children. Studies highlight the relevance of the school context as a suitable space for the creation of protective factors in children, due to the direct contact and influence it offers students. On the other hand, family is an important factor due to the influence it has on the child's development, which reaffirms the importance of carrying out interventions in order to deal with problematic situations. Finally, the need to combine these measures with comprehensive responses that include social protection, housing, health and education policies is highlighted.
