Abstract

[spa] La empresa familiar ha sido objeto de estudio desde los orígenes de la actividad comercial. Son organizaciones que han impulsado la economía, el empleo, y donde se compaginan lazos empresariales con lazos familiares. Se estudiará la complejidad de estas entidades, así como los puntos fuertes y débiles que forjan su gestión y continuidad de cara a las siguientes generaciones. Por otra parte, se verá cómo el futuro del sector de la empresa estudiada va a influir significativamente en la visión de futuro de la familia. En el siguiente estudio se han analizado las investigaciones de autores especializados en empresas familiares a lo largo de la historia; se han contrastado gracias al caso real de la empresa familiar Frau Automóviles SL, dedicada a la industria automovilística, para finalmente, extraer unas conclusiones propias sobre la continuidad de dichas organizaciones.

They are organizations that have promoted the economy, employment, and where business ties are combined with family ties. The complexity of these entities will be studied, as well as the strengths and weaknesses that forge their management and continuity for future generations. On the other hand, it will be seen how the future of the sector of the company studied will significantly influence the future vision of the family. The following study has analyzed the research of authors specialized in family businesses throughout history; have been contrasted thanks to the real case of the family business Frau Automóviles SL, dedicated to the automotive industry, to finally draw some own conclusions about the continuity of these organizations.
