Gestió del Parc Natural de Mondragó

Abstract

[cat] El present treball de fi de grau té com a objectiu l’elaboració d’una anàlisi de la gestió del parc natural de Mondragó durant un període de temps determinat, així com una proposta de millora en el seguiment i el mesurament dels resultats. Aquest parc és un dels espais naturals més emblemàtics i representatius de Mallorca. Els pressupostos, les despeses anuals i la resta d’indicadors s’han obtingut a través dels Programes Anuals d’Execució (PAE) i les Memòries Anuals de Gestió, realitzades per part del personal del propi parc.

[eng] The aim of this final degree project is to draw up an analysis of the management of the Mondragó Natural Park during a certain period of time, as well as a proposal for improvement in the monitoring and measurement of results. This park is one of the most emblematic and representative natural spaces in Mallorca. The annual budgets, expenses and the rest of indicators have been obtained through the Annual Execution Programs (PAE) and the Annual Management Reports, carried out by the staff of the park itself.
