L’aprenentatge basat en problemes en el mòdul de formació i orientació laboral del grau superior de formació professional d’administració i finances

Abstract

[cat] La necessitat de formar persones cada vegada més qualificades és una demanda que impera a la nostra societat. Tanmateix, en parlar de persones qualificades, no només ens estem referint a aquelles que demostrin domini de continguts i coneixements, sinó que aquesta expressió, engloba molt més. El treball del professorat a les aules ha de contribuir al desenvolupament de competències en l’alumnat, entenent per competències el saber actuar en situacions concretes que precisen d’actituds, destreses i habilitats aplicades de forma creativa, flexible i responsable. Aquest Treball de Fi de Màster té com a objectiu principal el disseny d'una proposta didàctica sustentada en l'enfocament metodològic de l'Aprenentatge Basat en Projectes per a l'etapa educativa de Formació Professional, concretament per al mòdul de Formació i Orientació Laboral del primer curs del Cicle Formatiu de Grau Superior d'Administració i Finances. La proposta educativa tracta de donar resposta a les necessitats personals, professionals i socials de l’alumnat, a fi d’aconseguir fomentar, incentivar i promoure el seu interès i motivació pel que fa als continguts d’aquesta matèria. Com a resultat de tot el treball efectuat, s'ha arribat a la conclusió que, si bé aquesta metodologia didàctica pot resultar viable per la gran quantitat de beneficis que presenta, no podem donar una resposta afirmativa que corrobori amb certesa que la seva aplicació a l'aula incrementarà tant l'interès com la motivació de l’alumnat, degut en gran mesura a la falta d'implementació real de la proposta en una aula.

However, when we speak of qualified people, we are not only referring to those who demonstrate mastery of content and knowledge, but this expression encompasses much more. The work of teachers in the classroom must contribute to the development of skills in students, understanding skills to know how to act in specific situations that require attitudes, skills and abilities applied in a creative, flexible and responsible way. This Master's Thesis has as its main objective the design of a didactic proposal based on the methodological approach of Project-Based Learning for the educational stage of Vocational Training, specifically for the Training and Career Guidance module. of the first year of the Higher Degree Training Course in Administration and Finance. The educational proposal seeks to respond to the personal, professional and social needs of students, in order to encourage, encourage and promote their interest and motivation in terms of the contents of this subject. As a result of all the work carried out, it has been concluded that, although this teaching methodology may be viable due to the large number of benefits it presents, we cannot give an affirmative answer that corroborates with certainty that its application to the classroom will increase both the interest and motivation of students, due in large part to the lack of actual implementation of the proposal in a classroom.
