El Derecho de reversión como garantía en la expropiación forzosa

Abstract

[spa] El derecho de reversión es la última garantía que tiene el expropiado frente a la actividad expropiatoria de la Administración. Es un derecho que se ha ido configurando a lo largo del tiempo, estando presente desde la primera regulación de la Ley de Expropiación Forzosa. Mediante este trabajo se pretende determinar los supuestos que originan el derecho de reversión, los requisitos legales para poder ejercitarlo y los efectos. Dando a conocer la actividad de la expropiación forzosa de la Administración y las garantías de las que dispone el ciudadano frente a la misma.

[eng] The right of reversion is the last guarantee held by the expropriated against the expropriating activity by part of the Administration. It’s a right that has been configured over time, being present since the first regulation of the Law of Forced Expropriation.
